Dear ,
I hope you’re doing well in spite of the many challenges facing leaders in our tumultuous times. Now, more than ever your leadership makes a difference to those you lead and I pray that God will give you the grace and wisdom that it takes to navigate the challenges.
In my last issue I shared with you the transition I am on and my plans to take a short break from writing as I moved into my new role with Center for Serving Leadership. I’m getting settled into my new role and am ready to pick up writing again. It has taken a bit longer than I anticipated to get everything transitioned but am excited to share what’s ahead.
I’m amazed at how God has led me to this organization where Dr. John Stahl-Wert has been working for years to develop serving leaders. Our passions and values are closely aligned. Our terminology has been slightly different as I have focused on “servant leaders” and Center for Serving Leadership on “serving leaders.” Our hearts and intent are identical. As I begin to write in my new role, I will change the branding to “Reflections for Serving Leaders” and you may need to add the email address, Reflections@CenterforServingLeadership.com to your safe email list.
Very soon, you’ll receive the next issue as I begin a three-part series on: The ABC’s of Beginning Well.
