LeadersServe was born out of the years of life experience that Jon and Nyambura have dedicated to developing leaders, building culture, and fostering inclusion. Jon has spent his career equipping leaders to grow in character and skill across multiple sectors, while Nyambura has championed professional growth and cultural competency in diverse environments. Their shared passion and expertise are the foundation for the LeadersServe Culture™, which helps organizations clarify their vision, align their values, and build a culture where everyone can thrive.
