Indonesia October 2008

Our primary work in Indonesia was a Training of Trainers event held in Semerang.

It was our first such event held in another language and involved lots of translation work ahead of time. Leaderwell and I traveled with Paul Wartman from Canada who recently joined our staff team on a part-time basis.  This four day event was a great experience for each of the 50 participants. We anticipate several training programs to be launched as a result.

After the TOT, we traveled back to Jakarta for a one day training with mostly church leaders. We enjoyed the hospitality of our gracious hosts and quite a few very special meals.

The seafood in Indonesia is world class!

This is the Asian fruit, durian, known far and wide for it's terrible smell and supposed sweet taste. I can vouch for the former and not the latter.
