About Us This website is operated by Jon and Loice Byler. Jon and Loice have served in various ministry capacities for over 15 years, 13 of which was in Kenya, East Africa. They currently reside in Lancaster, PA. Jon works with Global Disciples as the international coordinator of the Global LEAD Alliance and has a passion for developing leaders around the world.
